Returns & exchange

All items can be returned within 14 working days of receipt. The items need to be with the original tag, as well as intact, not stained and not damaged in any way. The cost of return shipment within the EU is reimbursed by LookStyler. The cost of return shipments outside of the EU needs to be borne by the sender and is not reimbursed by LookStyler. The company is also not liable for damaged or lost return shipments.

If you wish to return your item, please contact LookStyler in order to receive a return form. On the form, you will be able to mark your reason for return. You will be able to cut the address out and paste it on the parcel.

Damaged, stained, used and discolored items cannot be returned.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Custom-made pieces can be returned. They can also be sent back for further alterations. LookStyler will cover the costs of one-time alteration if proven necessary.

REFUND: Once your return has been received or processed, the purchase price will be refunded. The payment will be refunded via bank transfer. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through LookStyler. If you wish to recover these duties, please contact customs bureau or a local customs broker.

EXCHANGE: Undamaged items can be exchanged for other items. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact LookStyler for an exchange form. The exchange will only be processed, once we receive the item. Exchanges are based on stock availability.
