Upcoming Fashion Collaboration: Fendi X Skims

A new collaboration is in the area: this time, Fendi joins forces with Kim Kardashian West’s lingerie and shapewear brand, Skims, to create a new capsule collection. Expected to be launched on November 9, the feat includes tights, underwear and sportswear pieces, decorated with Skims x Fendi monogram print.

The collection is minimalist and follows the aesthetics of Skims’ silhouettes: body adherent. Fendi’s creative director, Kim Jones, admits the partnership may be unexpected for some consumers, nonetheless, he showed confidence in the outcome of such a capsule as both brands’ vision and objectives are coordinated. Jones adds that Skims’ fabric innovation and iconic fitting combined with Fendi’s high quality and luxury has amazing potential.
